The Art of Verbal Diversity®
Verbal Diversity® aims to create a societal mind-shift in understanding communication differences based on the social model of disability. This approach is founded on three main pillars:
Notice: Raise awareness of the diverse ways people communicate.
Adapt: Modify our communication methods to be more inclusive.
Celebrate: Recognise and celebrate the diversity of communication styles within our society.
The Verbal Diversity® approach is built on the pillars of Notice, Adapt, and Celebrate, emphasising the recognition and inclusion of diverse communication styles.

Verbal Diversity® has been developed collaboratively with input from diverse communicators and their families. This "for the people, by the people" approach ensures that the strategies and techniques are authentic, effective, and rooted in real-life experiences
